A Florida studio for private houses
Luxstone LLC builds custom homes in Orlando and throughout Florida, and renovates large executive residences to the same standard. We are a studio of architects, makers, and site leads who believe a house should be as considered in its joinery as in its silhouette.
Practice, not production
We do not build neighborhoods. We do not repeat a model. Each commission is a single house, designed for a particular client and a particular piece of Florida land — oak lots in Winter Park, lakefront ground on the Butler Chain, coastal lots from Naples to Palm Beach.
The standard is quiet. Materials are specified for how they will weather in this climate. Craftsmen are retained because their work disappears into the house rather than decorating it.
Orlando, and the rest of the state
The studio is in Orlando. The work is wherever the land and the commission belong — Central Florida first, and the coast when the project asks for it.
A limited book of work
We accept few residences in a year. That constraint is the point: it is the only way to remain present from the first conversation to the last hinge.
Held in confidence
Our clients are private. Houses shown here are studies, not advertisements. Correspondence is read by the studio, not a marketing desk.
