Lake Butler Refresh

The structure was sound. The interiors had dated. We kept the silhouette toward the lake and rebuilt the rooms — kitchen, living, primary suite, and the outdoor court — to the same standard we hold for a new house.

Outdoor living is treated as a room: stone underfoot, a covered terrace, and a pool court that does not announce itself. Inside, the palette is reserved. The house is the same house, more carefully made.
